When i tell you, i have told every single female i know to buy a staci, that is an understatement!
The only way i can describe it is being hot enough so that you feel the benefits and heat (I like my hot water bottles super hot so for me to say the staci is hot enough means its a good temp) but its also not hot enough to burn my skin.
The device itself is super comfortable and fits under clothes.
